Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to customer, business, and team needs
• Commitment to reliable attendance and performance
• Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute
• Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
• Bilingual Spanish/Español skills desirable
