TLC Operator

The TLC Operator is responsible for accurately and timely processing transactions, inspecting handsets, and unloading/presorting incoming/outgoing product. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Computer literate, including ability to enter data using a keyboard
• Detail orientation, ability to follow work instructions and guidelines
• Maintain productivity and quality standards set by leadership
• Must be receptive to feedback on performance issues
• Posses problem solving skills, participate in process improvement initiatives
