Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) oversees store processes, ensuring compliance, sales culture, and team performance. Key responsibilities include opening/closing, team management, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and freight processes. The role is designed to drive sales and provide excellent customer experience. The position requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays and is open for all shifts. The company is focused on becoming a leading Home Décor retailer.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
