Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) oversees store processes and culture, ensuring sales are driven while maintaining ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. This role involves store opening/closing, team management, task delegation, and store upkeep. The OL also manages staffing, customer experience, and inventory control.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
