Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is responsible for maintaining the performance of the store, including opening, closing, training, delegation, and ensuring operational readiness. This role requires expertise in all aspects of store operations, customer experience, and compliance. The OL ensures efficient staff execution and supports sales goals while adhering to company standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Exceptional verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
