Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is responsible for overseeing store processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting a culture of ethics, safety, and sales. This role involves managing all store operations, from opening to closing, training, delegation, and inventory control, while working with a team to meet company goals and customer needs.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
