Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) will oversee store processes, ensure sales success, and maintain store standards. This role involves opening, closing, training, delegation, customer service, inventory, safety, and overall store efficiency. The OL will also be responsible for task management, freight processing, and contributing to team motivation.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50lbs or work in a team lift 100lbs
- Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
