Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) oversees store processes and supports a selling culture, ensuring all aspects are maintained to company standards to drive sales. This role involves opening/closing, training, delegation, team management, store cleaning, inventory control, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. The OL leads daily operations, coordinates with the Operations Manager, and supports customer and team team goals.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Attention to detail
