Job Description
The Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising within designated zones, ensuring standards are met and visual aspects drive sales. This role involves planning, implementing in-store marketing elements, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with the Zone Manager to achieve sales goals and guest engagement. The ZL is responsible for visual merchandising, team training, and data analysis.
Requirements

- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
