Job Description
The Zone Lead (ZL) is responsible for supporting merchandising in designated zones and maintaining a dynamic selling culture. This role focuses on visual standards, merchandising techniques, and ensuring visually appealing in-store displays. The ZL influences team members and drives sales goals while adhering to ethical and safety standards. The role requires a focus on creating an engaging customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, some holidays)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret visual merchandising
