Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role supports merchandising in designated zones, maintaining a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The ZL oversees visual merchandising, including signage, endcaps, and department displays. The role also involves freight processes, maintaining store organization, and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented person.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
