Job Description
The Zone Lead is a key role within the Department, supporting merchandising in defined zones. The ZL ensures visual standards, displays, and product placement to drive sales and improve customer experience. They are responsible for tasks like re-staging displays, maintaining cleanliness, and providing training to the team. The role emphasizes ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, and collaboration with the Zone Manager.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Good communication skills (verbal, written)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. or lift a team 100 lbs
