Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role supports visual merchandising across a designated zone within a home decor retailer. The ZL is responsible for ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment, maintaining standards, influencing the team, and improving store performance. The role involves planning visuals, overseeing tasks, and serving as a coaching resource.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
