Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role within the Home Décor retail setting supports merchandising, maintains a vibrant selling culture, and ensures all visual standards are upheld. The ZL is responsible for planning, executing visual merchandising tasks, managing tasks, overseeing freight, and coaching the team on best practices, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a role model and contributor within the team.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
