Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) role supports merchandising in designated zones, focusing on maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment. The ZL ensures that all visual merchandising standards are upheld, employee adherence is strong, and guest engagement is encouraged. They also play a key role in implementing in-store marketing elements and analyzing store data.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations
