Job Description
The Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) will support merchandising in designated zones, maintain a visually consistent environment, and drive sales. This role involves planning, implementation, and oversight of in-store visual merchandising and marketing elements. The ZL will also contribute to team training, data analysis, and process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
