Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead position focuses on maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment. The Zone Lead will ensure standards are met and visual standards are upheld, influencing team members to embrace ethical behavior, safety, and compliance. They will also drive sales by creating compelling visual merchandising and managing the store's operations.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
