Job Description
The Zone Lead role focuses on maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment through visual merchandising. This position requires providing expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, and ensuring the store is inviting to customers while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines. The Zone Lead also influences store team members and analyzes financial data to drive sales goals.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising knowledge
