Job Description
The Zone Lead is a part-time role responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, influencing store team members, and driving sales. The ZL supports visual merchandising processes, performs tasks related to inventory and loss prevention, and acts as a role model for ethical conduct and customer experience. The role involves lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise around the store.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and team lift 100lbs
- Strong attention to detail
