Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead position at a Home Décor retailer focuses on maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment. The ZL supports visual merchandising, manages tasks, oversees all aspects of visual standards and merchandising, and acts as a role model for ethical and effective execution. They work closely with Team Members to improve store performance and guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
