Specialist/ Engineer - Plant Engineering (Plating)

AT&S is seeking a passionate Specialist/Engineer - Plant Engineering (Plating) for their Malaysia Hi-Tech Park facility. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science
• Minimum 2 years experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication, Assembly and Test Engineering, Maintenance or Production Operations
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools
• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
