This role is for a Director of Pharmacy Revenue Integrity. The role involves overseeing all aspects of pharmacy cost and revenue including reporting, audits, QA, denials management, and training. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and improve accuracy in charge capture processes. Responsibilities include supporting strategic sourcing, policy enforcement, incident management, and staff training.
Requirements
- Support cost and revenue impact decisions related to new drug/biosimilar product additions and removals.
- Provide assistance to pharmacy revenue-generating departments.
- Oversee patient charge audits.
- Support timely resolution of issues with drug usage.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
