Job Description
Woodmark Pharmacy of New York is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Revenue Cycle to lead the entire Revenue Cycle department. This role involves strategic and operational oversight of billing processes, pricing administration, auditing, and financial reporting, with a focus on ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency. The position requires strong leadership skills and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead all billing functions (month-end close, invoicing, reconciliation)
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external audits
- Manage pricing data and maintain third-party pricing software
- Maintain and develop department policies and track KPIs
- Oversee all cash application and coordination with accounting/treasury
- Guide and develop direct reports
