The position is an all-encompassing role which requires the teammate to deliver best in class customer experience, sales/service solutions, as well as handle teller transactions.

Requirements

• Create customer loyalty through needs based conversations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• Drive proactive sales conversations
• Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts
• Promote the branch’s overall growth
• Partner with other lines of business to identify customer needs
• Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution
• Review individual performance via scorecard and make necessary adjustments
• Perform teller functions and cash transactions
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
