Requirements
- Create customer loyalty through needs based conversations
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
- Drive proactive sales conversations
- Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts
- Promote the branch’s overall growth
- Partner with other lines of business to identify customer needs
- Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution
- Review individual performance via scorecard and make necessary adjustments
- Perform teller functions and cash transactions
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
