Senior / Principal UX Designer (HomeOS)

We're building software to help people manage their homes more effectively, so they can reclaim their time and create spaces that truly support their lives. We're looking for a Senior/Principal UX Designer to help shape the core experience of HomeOS.

Requirements

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Synthesize findings into clear design hypotheses and recurring patterns.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Define and evolve UX workflows across multiple personas and devices.
• Work with Product management and engineering to define product features.
• Establish the initial design system and core reusable components to support scalable design.
