We are looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented HR Business Partner to support the end-to-end delivery of HR Operational activities for our employees across EMEA, covering 15+ countries.
Requirements
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across EMEA, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, letters, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and update employee data within BambooHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee relations cases across the EMEA region in coordination with the HRBP team and escalating appropriately where required.
- Guide managers on performance, conduct, and policy matters in alignment with company standards and local country nuances.
- Handle sensitive situations professionally and ensure documentation and process compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including system setup, documentation, and first-day readiness.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, exit communications, and equipment return.
- Partner with Payroll to process monthly changes (hires, terminations, salary updates, benefit adjustments).
- Benefits management for EMEA including enrolment, removals, monthly invoicing submissions.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain benefit tracking and support monthly reporting and reconciliation.
- Ensure employment documentation and files meet local regulatory requirements.
- Assist with compliance audits and HR recordkeeping.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, including headcount and turnover data.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Support HR projects, communications, and initiatives as assigned.
