We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the end-to-end delivery of HR Operational activities for our employees across EMEA, covering 15+ countries. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing HR operations in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of local employment practices and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries
- Strong working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations, including performance and conduct matters
- Proficient in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process execution
- Solid understanding of payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- English fluency required; additional European language proficiency preferred
