Requirements

• Sourcing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe
• Conducting pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to Atlean World internal recruitment team
• Maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Fluency in English
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry is a plus
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently
