Senior Business Developer /Teamleiter Erneuerbare Energien - Schwerpunkt Bioenergie (m/w/d)

atmosfair is seeking a Senior Business Developer / Team Leader with a focus on Bioenergy to contribute to reducing CO2 emissions in developing countries. The role involves developing renewable energy projects, specifically in biomass, biogas, and related products, while leading a team and ensuring project targets are met. atmosfair is a non-profit organization dedicated to climate protection through renewable energy project development, CO2 compensation, and consulting.

Requirements

• Above-average degree in natural sciences or engineering – preferably in renewable energies or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the development, construction, and management of projects in the field of renewable energies and climate protection, preferably in the field of bioenergy.
• A large network of technology providers and project developers in the field of renewable energies.
• Several years of experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.
• Expertise and commitment in the field of environmental and/or development policy.
• Negotiable knowledge of German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (approx. four times a year for about one week to project countries).
