Mechatronics Engineer - Precision Systems

We're building a small team of exceptional engineers to design and build semiconductor fab equipment and subsystems. As a Mechatronics Engineer - Precision Systems, you'll be responsible for designing, prototyping, and building equipment, subsystems, and tools. We're looking for a highly skilled and hands-on engineer with a strong mix of mechanical, electrical, and system integration expertise.

Requirements

• Design and iterate on machines, subsystems, test fixtures, inspection tools, and sensors.
• Lead system integration efforts, testing, and cross-team coordination.
• Develop electrical designs, including PCB design, wiring, power electronics, and sensor integration.
• Execute mechanical design of frames, components, and assemblies.
• Rapidly prototype, build, and test new designs.
• Source and select components while balancing cost, reliability, and performance.
• Write light software and firmware to support system operation.
