Job Description
Atomic Semi is a fast-growing semiconductor fab building a small, fast, and iterative manufacturing facility. They are seeking a Process Development Engineer to bridge the interface between BEOL processing and advanced packaging, developing novel integration schemes and contributing to R&D processes. The role involves hands-on work in cleanroom environments and a focus on creating innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize bond pad structures for advanced packaging applications.
- Characterize material interfaces using SEM, EDX, and electrical testing.
- Generate process specifications and transfer recipes.
- Collaborate with packaging teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze failure modes at the BEOL-package interface.
