Process Integration Engineer

Atomic Semi is building a small, fast semiconductor fab and needs a Process Integration Engineer to design and integrate novel process flows and collaborate with engineers to design in-house fabrication equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional semiconductor processing methods and be open-minded to new techniques.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with traditional CMOS devices is required (e.g. at a foundry or in research).
• Ability to digest and document full process flows.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Silicon CMOS process flow to design and implement robust semiconductor fabrication processes.
