Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to develop requirements and business rules. Improves business processes by analyzing operations and determining opportunities to automate processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business or related field
- 3+ years’ experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Expert in Microsoft Office Tools with focus on Word & Excel
- Knowledge of modern development lifecycles, including Agile and iterative development
- Excellent verbal and written skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to broad audiences
