Infrastructure - Business Analyst III

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Requirements

• 4-5 years related experience as a BA in developing requirements and performing system analysis
• Presentation skills (MS Visio, Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Experience in creating UI Mock up’s using MS Visio / Balsamiq / Mockup Builder
• Should have knowledge of SOAP UI and REST Client to test services
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence
• Java knowledge is an added plus
• Should have extensive experience Agile methods and principles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions
• Familiarity in cable and telecommunications technologies including video, broadband, and phone is
