Technical Product Support Analyst III

Responsible for providing post-sales technical product support, analyzing customers' business needs, and developing technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
• 3-6 years of high-tech industry and/or IT work experience
• Experience in product engineering, development, and/or support functions
• Strong sys admin skills
• Experience in dev/ops and application delivery
• Experience with Linux and Unix
• Working knowledge of puppet, and YAML language
• Atlassian's Confluence
• Transcoders and video packagers
• Ability to write python and perl scripts
