As a Controls Design Engineer, you will be the driving force behind bringing ATS' machines to life, designing and commissioning world-class automation solutions, and working with a highly motivated, dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Design and develop electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Create complete electrical schematics
- Work directly with customers for concept development
- Debug and commission electrical / pneumatic systems
- Select, test and integrate hardware and software components
- Integrate (off-the-shelf) equipment and electronic components
- Work with mechanical designers and controls software team
- Problem solve alongside designers, toolmakers and electricians
- Generate and verify I/O lists
- Follow and contribute to quality program procedures
