NetSuite Billing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to own the professional services billing cycle end-to-end, managing the complete Time & Materials (T&M) billing cycle using NetSuite / ClickUp, and generating customer invoices for approval accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
• Experience in professional services or software billing environments
• Strong analytical skills, including working with data, pivot tables, and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with NetSuite (MUST HAVE)
