Job Description
We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Billing & Automation Specialist to redesign and optimize invoice PDF templates, automate creation of standard and catering invoices, and implement automated payment matching and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience
- Proven track record in billing automation and reconciliation setup
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and payment flows
- Experience with API integrations and system audits
- Advanced NetSuite Workflows & Saved Searches
- SuiteScript (strongly preferred)
- Advanced PDF/HTML invoice customization
- Bank Feeds & automated reconciliation setup
- Payment processor integration (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless)
- Solid accounting logic (AR, reconciliation, fee booking)
- Able to independently assess system architecture and identify weaknesses
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Structured, detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working directly with CFO / Founder
- Fully autonomous and outcome-focused
