Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a full-time Land Agent to support a solar development project across Michigan. This role involves engaging with landowners, negotiating lease agreements, and securing land for renewable energy in a boots-on-the-ground capacity. It is a 1099 contract role with preference for candidates with active LLCs and reliable transportation. The position requires strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in land acquisition for solar or utility projects
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Michigan’s rural markets and landowner landscape
- Ability to travel across the state as needed
- Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
