Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking full-time Land Agents to support a long-term transmission line project in southeastern Wisconsin. Agents will negotiate easement agreements, maintain records, and engage with landowners. The role requires extensive travel and potential per diem assistance due to remote route work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transmission or utility-scale land acquisition.
- Familiarity with Wisconsin landowner expectations and permitting processes.
- Ability to travel extensively within the project area.
- Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation.
- Per diem is available, and local and regional agents strongly preferred.
