Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a Title Agent with extensive courthouse records expertise to support a large-scale solar development program. This is a full-time contract role focused on navigating the complexities of title searches and deeds, not acquisition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and lives and breathes title.
Requirements
- Extensive title research experience in courthouse settings
- Ability to interpret a wide variety of deeds, conveyance types, and probate matters
- Skilled in building chain of title and ownership reports from scratch
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn deed plotting software
- Extremely tech-savvy and detail-obsessed
- Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
