Auror is seeking a Director of Sales to drive enterprise growth across the region, leading a high-performing team of Account Executives selling into complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales
- 3+ years leading Account Executives in complex, high-value sales environments
- Personal track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, typically $1m+ ARR
- Deep capability in diagnosing customer problems, orchestrating buying groups, and shaping commercial outcomes
- Confident engaging C-suite buyers and senior stakeholders, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead the conversation
- Data-driven, rigorous in forecasting, and proactive in managing deal risk
- Energised by long, complex sales cycles and relentless in driving momentum without losing trust
