Ready to lead one of Europe’s most exciting B2B growth stories and the largest business network in the region? We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead our German sales team based in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll not only lead but actively drive sales — selling our services to solution providers in the German market while setting the standard for your team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales leadership role with 5-10 direct reports from BRDs to AE’s, sales focused on the German market.
- A strong network within technology and consultancy companies; a background in sponsorship sales for large-scale business conferences is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with strengths in leading sales process, managing pipeline, accurate forecasting of team results, and reporting sales performance.
- Excellent business level communication skills in German and fluent in English.
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales cycles.
