Vice President, Product & Design

Aurora Solar is seeking a Vice President of Product & Design to lead a team of high-performing product and design practitioners through the next phase of our product strategy as we build and scale new solar and storage software solutions across our platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product and design teams at a senior level.
• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in complex or regulated industries
• Experience leading early-stage or net-new product initiatives, where problems and solutions are not yet fully defined
• Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-off decisions, and sequencing investments under uncertainty
• Ability to move between visionary thinking and hands-on execution
• Comfort with platform-oriented products, including APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience defining and acting on product metrics
• Prior experience with executives, boards, customers, and partners
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and align stakeholders around a shared strategy
• Clear point of view, grounded in data, customer insight, and market understanding
