Vice President, Product & Design

Aurora Solar is seeking a Vice President of Product & Design to lead a team of high performing product and design practitioners through the next phase of our product strategy as we build and scale new solar and storage software solutions across our platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product and design teams at a senior level.
• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in complex or regulated industries
• Has led organizations through significant change while improving and sustaining engagement and performance across Product, Design & Engineering
• Demonstrated success owning product strategy tied to business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, expansion)
• Deep passion for Aurora’s mission and values, leading by example through integrity and a strong sense of ownership in how decisions are made and teams are led
