We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians.
Requirements
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and accurately document their service needs and concerns.
- Communicate with technicians to determine required repairs or services based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and service estimates including labor, parts, and time requirements.
- Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance to customers, answering questions and building trust.
- Keep customers informed of vehicle status, repair progress, and any changes in cost or timeline.
- Coordinate with parts departments and service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Perform post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions in the system.
- Meet or exceed service department goals, such as customer satisfaction scores and upselling service packages.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive technology, dealership promotions, and manufacturer service bulletins.
