Job Description
Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering team for one of their key truck platforms. The role involves developing and managing the team's direction, process improvements, and mentoring engineers, as well as interacting with all levels of management. Autocar® is a leading provider of severe duty trucks and a major partnership for Triz Engineering Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 15+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Willingness to relocate to the USA.
- South African Citizenship.
- Valid US work visa.
