Job Description
Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a Director of Engineering for a truck platform within their engineering team. The role focuses on leading and developing the engineering team, managing product development, and improving processes. This position requires someone with a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in engineering
- Master’s degree in Engineering management preferred
- 15+ years of engineering experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record of leading and mentoring a team
- Willingness to relocate to the USA
- Willingness to travel overseas
- South African Citizenship
