Technical Maintenance (m/f/x)

AUTODOC is looking for a Technical Maintenance leader to manage the maintenance team, set up maintenance processes, and collaborate with other departments. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance management, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Leading the maintenance team management
• Setting up of reactive and preventive maintenance for the warehouse and office section
• Cooperation in the selection and implementation of software applications in the field of maintenance management
• Goal setting and controlling the work of maintenance workers
• Tools and equipment management
• Cooperation with OHS on health and safety topics
• Leading the team to environmental awareness
