We are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/x) Maintenance to lead our Facility Management team in Berlin. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for coordinating technical operations, developing guidelines and standards, and managing resources. You will also participate in project management and ensure the quality of cooperation between departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management
- Very good knowledge of Building Law and current regulations on technical operation of buildings
- Ability to cope with stress and time pressure
- Work organization and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in German and advanced English skills (knowledge of Polish, Russian will be a plus)
- Experience in leading teams
- Problem solving
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Driving license (Class B)
